Please allow 2-3 Days for processing once payment has been received for available items and an additional 3-5 business day for delivery within Canada.
For unavailable items, please allow 2.5 weeks for processing.
Shipping and tracking information will be sent via email once processed.
International orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Any custom delays are out of our control and all recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes levied by the country of origin.
Expedited Shipping is also available for an additional fee if needed.
Please make sure all addresses provided are correct as Fashuné won’t be responsible for orders shipped/deliverd to incorrect addresses.

Within minutes after the order, customers are contacted by our Team members with a confirmation email and order Number. Their Suit/Pair will be ready for dispatch in 8 to 10 days.
Delivery times vary according to the country of delivery.We will also provide our customers with a link to track their package online.
We want you to love your new purchase , But if you are not completely satisfied , you may return the merchandise purchased to firstname.lastname@example.org by email within 7 business days from the date received for full refund, we can’t accept if more than 7 business days. Item must be returned with tags still attached to with and make sure that there is no Perfume smells or stains.
PLEASE NOTE : ON SALE items and Custom made dress are NON – REFUNDABLE ( because we make it at customer request ). Shipping , tax and handling charges will not be refunded and for any other reasons customer had to pay for their own return shipping – There was no return size and length acceptable , due to the instruction and the size guide. All items should be returned in the original box you received them in. Suits returned to us crushed and without a protective suit cover cannot be refunded or exchanged.
When will I get my refund? Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size of the item in your Cart.
We will accept returns of UNWORN and resellable items within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, no returns will be processed past 7days of delivery.
